Early in the month of May I was contacted by a mother of the bride looking for A Day of Coordinator. They were in needs of lots of help very quickly ( Their original venue was closed only a few weeks prior to their wedding) and with all the stress of having to move their wedding to a new venue, we new we could help them. I must say that with all the fast work their wedding turned out beautiful and we were able to incorporate all new ideas that made their wedding very unique.
We had a country twist on the St. Johns River. The entire bridal party arrived by a Yacht that pulled up on a dock down from the ceremony, so we did a processional from the yacht instead of from the building that held the event. It was very cool for all the guest to watch arrive the bridal party walking towards them instead of pass them. After a short ceremony everyone turned and stayed for a huge photo of all the guest and wedding party.
The bride had mason jars she decorated herself on burlap overlays with soft pink linens and ivory draping to cover the very modern art on the walls of the venue. We add soft lights behind the draping to create a soft glow as the night went on. The bride and groom had a custom monogram ice sculpture vodka slide and a variety of flavors to keep the party going. And the party went on.
G.G. Events was proud to be a part of Erin and Sean Wedding and we wish you all the best in your new life together.
